What is TheVeganKind?
TheVeganKind is an exciting global subscription service for vegans. We offer two subscription boxes; a lifestyle box filled with vegan food, drinks, household and toiletries for just £10 per month plus £3.15 p&p (within the UK) and £9 p&p (Worldwide), and a beauty box filled with skincare, makeup, beauty products and more, for £15 per quarter plus £3.15 p&p (within the UK only)
When will I receive my first box?
In order to receive this month's box, you need to sign up before 12pm (Midday) on 1st of the month. Any orders placed after 12pm Midday on the 1st of the month will be signed up for the following months box, and not debited until the 1st calendar day of the following month. However, don't worry, if you miss out on the cut off, we will email you to ask you if you would like to bring your subscription forward and try one of our past boxes or a mystery box, so you don't have to wait if you don't want to! Beauty boxes work on the same premise, but are sent every three months.
Our boxes get packed and sent out within 4 working days of the 1st of the month.
How is my box posted?
We send our box using Royal Mail 2nd class delivery and they are packaged using eco-friendly materials wherever possible.
How can I change the delivery address for my Subscription?
If you're an existing subscriber, and you wish to change your Delivery Address please email us at email@example.com before the 1st at 12pm (Midday) if you wish the change to be made for your next box.
If you are yet to sign-up, you will be offered the chance to input a specific delivery address during the sign-up process.
Are there any card types you do not accept?
We only accept Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards. Maestro cards do not allow Recurring Transactions to be carried out on them, so we cannot accept them. If you have a card that we do not accept, contact us, and we can see about accepting a Standing Order from you each month instead.
Do you post outside of the UK?
Great news, we can ship our lifestyle box Worldwide for £10 plus £9.00 p&p.
Do I get to choose what’s in my box?
Nope - that is the best bit! Each month, you will receive a box full of surprise vegan goodies - it's like Christmas every month! The contents of the box will always cover a wide variety in order to cater for as many tastes as possible, and may have a theme depending on seasonal events. We always aim to source the best and most exciting vegan products from both new and established brands.
What if I have a food allergy?
Unfortunately we can't cater to any specific allergies, food sensitivities, or preferences right now, though we hope to offer allergy-free options in the near future. Typically, we try to avoid the use of peanuts and try to provide gluten free products wherever possible.
Can I send a box as a gift?
Yes, you most definitely can. You can purchase gift subscriptions in our shop at www.thevegankind.com/shop for both the beauty and the lifestyle box and you can also purchase one off past boxes too.
How can I cancel?
You can cancel by logging in and cancelling your account at http://www.thevegankind.com/account. To login simply enter the email address you originally subscribed with and a password will be sent to you. You will need to cancel before 12pm (Midday) on the 1st to avoid being charged that month. Alternatively, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org (If emailing us to cancel, you must email at least 48 hours prior to the payment cut-off time of 12pm on the 1st day of the month, to guarantee we process your cancellation in time).
Help! Something has gone wrong
We do our absolute best to ensure that each and every box reaches you in tip top condition, however in the unlikely event that there is a hiccup with your box, either with your payment or the contents of the box, drop an email to email@example.com and we will work on getting it resolved ASAP for you.

How do you choose the animal related charity of the month?
Each month, we will ask you publicly on Facebook to suggest an animal related charity that you would like us to donate to. We then choose one of these charities at random and will then send that charity a cheque, worth 10p for every box we ship that month.
