Popular restaurant chain Bill's has launched a new Spring menu and nearly half of its new dishes are either vegan or vegetarian.
The company says the menu reflects the "strong popularity of vegan food in the dining market."
The chain which operates 76 locations across the UK recently reported a 162% increase in sales of its vegan meals from 2018 - 2019.
New vegan dishes include starters such as Avocado and Spinach Dip served with blue corn tortilla, vegan feta and chilli flakes.
The menu also features crispy Truffalos which is a vegan take on buffalo "wings" with a vegan cheese dip and celery.
The mains include Beetroot Wellington – a butternut squash, beetroot and chestnut filled wellington with carrot purée, seasonal greens and rich vegetable gravy.
For dessert, there is a vegan Salted Caramel, and Chocolate Tart served with coconut ice cream.
Bill's also offers brunch options such as Raspberry and Blueberry Smoothie Bowl topped with coconut, cacao nibs and pistachios - the perfect way to start your day.
The new Spring menu includes a section called Mindful Drinking, with CBD drinks, kombuchas, special non-alcoholic cocktails and a calming CBD Golden Latte featuring turmeric, agave, ginger root, cinnamon, black pepper and coconut milk, infused with 15mg of whole plant CBD oil.
