​Starbucks UK Launches Vegan Caramel Chocolate Dessert

Coffee chain Starbucks has added a new vegan dessert and lunch option to its stores in the UK.

Vegan Food UK shared the news on their Instagram profile.

The Caramel Chococado Pot is made with a base of avocado mousse, chocolate and coconut yogurt, layered with silky caramel sauce and topped with cacao nibs.

The new lunch menu features Vegan Spiced Protein Bowl with edamame, lentils, chickpeas, golden bulgur wheat, cumin and harissa spiced beets, and pickled red onions. 

The vegan menu at Starbucks UK currently includes meals such as Vegan Mac, Vegan Beetroot Wrap, and Vegan Smoky Jackfruit and Grains. 

There are also vegan-friendly desserts such as Chocolate & Raspberry Vegan Cake and Vegan Pistachio Slice.

Starbucks plans to add more plant-based options to its locations worldwide
