LEON Expands Its Vegan Menu

by Agi Kaja

Fast-food chain LEON has added new vegan options to its menu for summer.

Customers can choose from three new delicious vegan dishes.

One of them is healthy Aubergine Tabbouleh Salad for those who look for light lunches. The salad is made with roasted aubergine on a herby salad with red quinoa, cucumber, peas and chilli, scattered with pomegranate seeds.

The new main dish is the Sri Lankan-inspired Coconut, Jackfruit & Lime curry. The dish is made with jackfruit, sweet potato and carrots dressed with lime juice and fresh herbs.

The chain also added new Vegan Cheezy Fries featuring LEON Baked Fries smothered in vegan cheese sauce and topped with pickles.

The new dishes are available for takeaway and delivery in selected LEON locations across the country.
