New Vegan Burger Concept Debuts In Brighton

Youtuber Mikey Pearce and business partner Abe Garman are launching a vegan burger concept in Brighton this month. 

The new venture aims to become the 'fastest-growing plant-based delivery-kitchen brand in the UK with plans to expand across the UK.

The Clean Kitchen Club will offer a '100% plant-based burger menu', with the kitchen led by chef Andrew Peters and the MasterChef finalist Stacie Stewart.

The menu features the 'Clean' burger, featuring a homemade vegan patty, lettuce, tomato, gherkin, vegan cheese, vegan mayo and ketchup; the buffalo burger, with a THIS isn't chicken patty, buffalo sauce, vegan cheese, dill, vegan mayo, lettuce and tomato; and loaded fries topped with sriracha mayo, crushed peanuts, toasted sesame, crispy onions, and melted vegan cheese.'

"We're living in a new world and I don't see things going back to normal for quite some time," says Pearce. 

"I've wanted to launch this project with Abe for years and now is the perfect time. We have some incredible food designed by some equally amazing chefs on offer and can't wait to see how people take to it.

"Our aim is to become the fastest-growing plant-based delivery-kitchen brand in the UK. We've got our eyes on every major city in the country with Manchester, London and Edinburgh firmly locked in our sight for the first few openings."
