The famous plant-based brand Beyond Meat has launched a new exciting product to its portfolio to celebrate National Sausage Month in the US.
The vegan pork sausages will start to appear in shops by the end of October. The new plant-based sausages are made with Beyond’s special blend of herbs and perfectly minim the texture and flavour of pork sausage. They contain 8g of protein, no GMOs, no soy and no gluten.
Stuart Kronauge, Chief Marketing Officer at Beyond Meat, said: “With demand for plant-based breakfast options continuing to rise and more of us eating breakfast at-home, we knew the segment was ripe for innovation.”
“With the launch of Beyond Breakfast Sausage Links, we’re thrilled to introduce another better-for-you plant-based meat option to satisfy consumers’ love of classic breakfast dishes. We think our fans will be excited that they can make restaurant-style breakfast an at-home staple with our new links.”
The package contains eight links and will be sold for a suggested price of $5.99. The new product will be available at supermarkets across the US.
Beyond Meat portfolio includes other plant-based meat alternatives: Beyond Burgers, Beyond Beef, Beyond Breakfast Sausages and Beyond Meatballs.
