Plant-based food fans can now enjoy authentic flavour and gut goodness with Vadasz pickles and ferments available now at TheVeganKind Supermarket

The perfect addition to sandwiches, salads and burgers, the five ferments and pickles have arrived just in time for summer eating. Each uses the power of fresh vegetables to deliver a healthy zest and satisfying crunch – full of authentic flavour and tasty gut-goodness.

Vadasz pickles and ferments range includes Raw Kimchi, Super Green Kimchi, Raw Garlic and Dill Sauerkraut, Fresh Pickles and Red Onion, and Fresh Pickles with Garlic and Dill.

Vadasz Raw Kimchi packs a punchy mix of Chinese cabbage, carrots, spring onion, chilli, ginger and garlic. Kimchi lovers will also be keen to try Vadasz Super Green Kimchi, where cucumber, apple and kale mingle together with spring onion, jalapeño chilli, ginger and garlic for a twist on this traditional condiment. Meanwhile, white cabbage, cucumber, garlic, black peppercorns and caraway seeds combine in the Vadasz Raw Garlic & Dill Sauerkraut for a moreish flavour. Vadasz Fresh Pickles and Red Onion offer the delicious sweetness of red onions, combined with whole black peppercorns, caraway and fennel seeds. For the ultimate crunch, Vadasz Fresh Pickles with Garlic and Dill takes cucumber to the next level with a hint or garlic, fennel, coriander and caraway seeds and a pinch of turmeric.

In addition to their plant-based nutrients, the ferments from Vadasz are made through the process of lactic acid fermentation and have natural live cultures which are not found in pasteurised products. The healthy bacteria found in each pot is sought after by the 68% of UK adults who say that actively looking after your gut health is essential to overall health, which increases to 72% among the over-55s.

While Vadasz pickles and ferments are new to TheVeganKind, they have grown a cult following. The brand takes its name from its creator, Nick Vadasz. Known as the ‘Pickle man’, Nick worked as a street food vendor in London and found his pickles and ferments proved popular not just among his customers but with the vendors he worked alongside, who were eager to grab a pot of his produce to serve alongside their own wares.

Each pot weighs 400g and has a Recommended Retail Price of £4.50. Both are suitable for vegetarians and vegans, and perfect for anyone seeking a flavourful and nutritious boost to their diet.
