Could you be plant-based food’s next social media star?
Influencer houses are the hottest new social media trend, with content creators moving into plush mansions to work on social media projects that showcase their aspirational lifestyles.
Plant-based food brand Squeaky Bean is launching a search for five members of the Squeaky House. The vegan and non-vegan foodie creatives will work together to show the world just how tasty, easy and exciting plant-based food is.
Kicking off in September, the Squeaky House will be hosted at a luxury UK mansion, where the residents will produce their own content, collaborate, and take part in fun activities.
Squeaky Bean will be challenging the entire house to go plant-based for 21 days – the duration of their stay.
Squeaky House residents will get involved in activities including cooking with local ingredients, learning new culinary skills and working with food producers, chefs and other industry professionals. Entrants should prepare themselves for some additional fun tasks along the way that will unlock additional treats and areas of the house.
Not only will residents of the Squeaky House be paid for their time, but Squeaky Bean is helping them stay motivated on their plant-based journey by providing lavish surroundings.
Housemates will enjoy an indoor infinity pool, gym, sauna and steam room. In the grounds, they’ll be able to plunge into a swimming pond (complete with underground changing room) and pick fresh fruit and vegetables for recipe making from the organic garden. They’ll also recieve goodies from partner brands – as well as having access to a fridge full of delicious plant-based food.
Sarah Augustine, co-creator of Squeaky Bean says: “By opening our search for Squeaky House members to the nation, we’re offering five people the chance to experience the opportunity of a lifetime. They’ll have 21 days to enjoy plant-based foodie fun, create meaningful and memorable content, and challenge some of the misconceptions around plant-based food. We can’t wait to see what the house comes up with!”
The candidates should be active on social media, eager to try new things and be ready to take on the unexpected. They should share a video of themselves tagging @squeakybeanveg on Instagram using the hashtag #squeakyhousemate. In the clip, explain why they’re an ideal housemate, what they love about collaboration and why they are up for going plant-based!
Squeaky Bean is committed to selecting housemates from a wide and diverse pool of creators and encourages applications from people with protected characteristics and minority groups. The search closes at midnight on 30th June 2021, and the successful entrants will be notified soon after.
