Raw Chocolate Avocado Tart
1 cup almonds
1 cup pecan nuts
1 cup dates
1/4 cup raisins
2 tbsp cacao powder
4 tbsp cacao powder
6 tbsp fruit syrup
2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
- Process the base ingredients together until finely ground, then press into tart case with your hands.
- Blend the filling ingredients together until smooth with a handheld blender.
- Spoon the filling into your tart bases and top with your favourite raw chocolate or fruit of your choice, then enjoy!
Top tip — if you have any left over base mix, they make great energy balls!
