Tahini Caramel Hearts

Tahini Caramel Hearts

1 cup of tahini
4 tbsps raw cacao
4 tsbps melted coconut oil
4 tbsps maple syrup
a pinch of pink Himalayan salt


These cute Tahini Caramel Hearts are so simple to make and they are a delicious, indulgent treat!

  1. Mix together all the ingredients until the mixture is smooth.
  2. Carefully pour the mixture into heart shaped moulds, or other shape moulds that you have.
  3. Pop in the freezer for about an hour or until they are solid, then this means they are ready to eat!
  4. Top tip – you can store these lovely tahini caramel hearts in your freezer for a delicious snack whenever you feel like it.
