Tahini Caramel Hearts
1 cup of tahini
4 tbsps raw cacao
4 tsbps melted coconut oil
4 tbsps maple syrup
a pinch of pink Himalayan salt
These cute Tahini Caramel Hearts are so simple to make and they are a delicious, indulgent treat!
- Mix together all the ingredients until the mixture is smooth.
- Carefully pour the mixture into heart shaped moulds, or other shape moulds that you have.
- Pop in the freezer for about an hour or until they are solid, then this means they are ready to eat!
- Top tip – you can store these lovely tahini caramel hearts in your freezer for a delicious snack whenever you feel like it.
